a few things you should knowexplore our processexplore our process
Even before you step foot into my studio, you will already have a pretty good idea of how things will go during your stay. We would already have talked about baby and your family and what you can expect during your session. I will have a good idea of what outfits and setups I will most likely use. I always go into the studio the night before a session to clarify my thoughts and ideas about props, posing, and styling for your baby's session the next day. My intent is to give you all of my attention, direction, and expertise.

For newborn sessions, it is baby's safety and comfort that is first on my mind. One tiny person with an already BIG personality will be running the show. I have learned a few tricks to help soothe baby during the session. Newborns are magical in that each one is programmed to respond in similar ways, and that makes them predictable.
After many years of handling these precious little beings, this is what I have learned to be true.
They are truly tiny miracles.

While your baby is with me he will be undressed, dressed, undressed again, swaddled, changed, wiped, patted, soothed, fed, rocked, swaddled again in a different color, and whispered to.

Your baby will be placed on the bean bag and other props and then be gently guided and molded into position.

Although I do a variety of different types of photography, newborns are my specialty. I love the purity of a fresh newborn soul.
You can be sure that I will handle your little one with the utmost care.

Babies are best photographed between 2 and 14 days after the day of birth. I will make sure you have all you need to be prepared for your session.
See you soon!
