Welcome! I’m Olinda, a professional newborn, motherhood, and family photographer serving the Roanoke and Daleville areas of Virginia. Designed with both comfort and creativity in mind, the studio provides a peaceful, cozy environment where you and your baby can fully relax while every detail is thoughtfully taken care of.
Since 2009, I have had the distinct privilege of documenting life’s most meaningful moments in the lives of my clients: creating imagery that reflects the beauty of connection and emotion that makes each family so unique. I love capturing the features of a tiny new soul. My work is focused on clean simplicity and highlighting your baby in soft colors and textures. Every session is a carefully curated experience, designed to capture what is genuine and enduring; the fleeting details that you will never want to forget; the way your baby fits so perfectly in your arms, or the laughter shared between siblings. Together we will create a timeless collection of heirloom portraits; artwork crafted to live in your home and be cherished for generations, and becoming part of your family’s visual legacy.

The first days with your baby are unlike anything else.
You are exhausted and completely in love. The house feels different. Everything feels different. And in the middle of it all, there they are; tiny, new, and completely yours. The curled fingers, the soft stretches, the delicate little details you wish you could hold onto forever.
Your newborn photography session is designed to preserve this fleeting season through timeless, meaningful imagery of your sweet baby and your growing family.
In my Daleville studio, newborn sessions are calm, comfortable, and intentionally unhurried. Your baby is always handled safely and gently, with plenty of time allowed for feeding, settling, cuddles, and whatever else they may need throughout the session. There is no need to rush; we simply follow your baby’s lead.
Every session is thoughtfully curated and customized for you, with handpicked newborn props, wraps, hats, headbands, and other beautiful details selected to create a session that feels unique to your baby and your style. The goal is to create photographs that feel timeless and personal. The images of these tiny details and early moments are the ones that your family will cherish for years to come.
Before your session, you’ll also receive a detailed newborn session guide to help you prepare. From what to expect to simple ways you can get your baby ready for their session, you’ll have everything you need to arrive feeling comfortable and prepared.
Newborn session packages begin at $425.
More than anything, this experience is about giving you the space to slow down and remember just how small they once were; because these first days may feel all-consuming while you’re living them, but they pass far too quickly.

Family Adventure Experience
Let’s turn family time into an adventure!
There is something truly special about spending time outdoors with your family and enjoying activities you may not normally have the chance to do. These experiences are a wonderful way to create new memories; moments you’ll cherish and look back on for years to come.
The possibilities are endless, with adventures that can be tailored to the ages and interests of everyone in the family. From a whimsical tea party for the little girls in your family, to a nature hike, to hunting for guppies in a stream. Every adventure is designed to be fun, meaningful, and uniquely yours!
These sessions are thoughtfully planned to ensure everyone has what they need to be comfortable throughout the two- to three-hour adventure.
While many of our adventures take place outdoors, we have also enjoyed creating special indoor experiences, including baking and decorating cookies, arts and crafts, and other fun family activities.
Many of our Family Adventure galleries have been transformed into beautiful custom books, telling the complete story of the day and preserving all the laughter, fun, and special moments for generations to enjoy.
